Welcome to Vida Health Bar. These Terms apply to your use of our website, any Google Forms we use for contact requests, catering requests, preorder requests, event inquiries, or similar submissions, our rewards program offered through Clover, and any orders placed for our food through third-party online delivery providers such as Postmates, Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar services.
By using our website, submitting a form, placing an order, or participating in our rewards program, you agree to these Terms.

4. Google Forms and Online Requests
We may use Google Forms for contact requests, catering inquiries, event inquiries, preorder requests, waitlists, feedback, and similar purposes.
Submitting a form does not create a confirmed order, reservation, or catering booking unless we separately confirm it.
When you submit a form, you agree that:
- the information you provide is accurate,
- we may contact you regarding your request,
- we may accept, decline, limit, or cancel a request,
- final pricing, quantities, timing, and availability are subject to confirmation.
Please do not submit payment card information or other highly sensitive financial information through Google Forms.
5. Pickup Orders and Preorders
If we accept pickup orders, preorders, or catering requests through our website or forms, those requests are not final until confirmed by us.
Pickup times are estimates unless we specifically state otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing your order at pickup. Once the order is picked up or handed to you, responsibility for the order passes to you.
6. Third-Party Delivery Providers
We may make our menu available through third-party delivery providers such as Postmates, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other similar services.
If you place an order through one of those providers:
- your order is also subject to that provider’s terms, policies, fees, and privacy practices,
- prices, item availability, fees, promotions, and delivery times may differ from those offered in-store or on our website,
- the delivery provider may collect, process, or store your personal information and payment information under its own policies,
- delivery estimates are determined by the provider and may change,
- menu listings, photos, and item descriptions on delivery apps may be updated or reformatted by the provider.
We are not responsible for outages, app errors, account issues, driver delays, mapping errors, or technical problems caused by third-party delivery platforms.
7. Delivery Orders, Timing, and Fulfillment
When you place an order through a third-party delivery platform, we prepare the food for pickup by the delivery provider or its driver. Once the order is picked up from our location by the delivery driver, delays or issues during transport may be outside our direct control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, driver availability, platform outages, incorrect delivery addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
8. Delivery Order Problems and Refunds
If your order has a problem, please contact us or the delivery platform as soon as possible.
For orders placed through Postmates, Uber Eats, DoorDash, or another delivery platform, refunds, credits, cancellations, and delivery-related complaints may need to be handled through that platform, depending on the issue. This includes issues involving:
- delivery delays,
- missing deliveries,
- driver conduct,
- app or payment errors,
- incorrect delivery address handling.
For food quality or preparation concerns, you may also contact us directly. Any refund, replacement, credit, or adjustment is handled at our discretion or as required by law.
9. Payments
Payments may be accepted in-store, through Clover where applicable, or through approved third-party providers.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or request if:
- payment cannot be completed,
- fraud is suspected,
- an item is unavailable,
- there is a clear pricing or listing error,
- we are unable to fulfill the order.
10. Rewards Program Through Clover
We may offer a customer rewards or loyalty program through Clover.
By participating, you understand and agree that:
- the rewards program may be operated or supported by Clover,
- participation may also be subject to Clover’s terms and privacy practices,
- rewards, points, offers, and eligibility rules may change or end at any time,
- rewards have no cash value unless required by law,
- rewards may not be transferable,
- we may suspend, limit, or remove rewards in cases of misuse, fraud, abuse, or technical error.
Unless we clearly say otherwise, orders placed through third-party delivery platforms may not qualify for Clover rewards or in-store promotions.

If you have a severe allergy, contact us directly before ordering. For third-party delivery orders, allergy or modification requests are subject to what the delivery platform allows and what we are able to accommodate.

All website content, including our name, logo, text, photos, graphics, and menu descriptions, belongs to Vida Health Bar or is used with permission.
